Many firms of employee benefit consultants can provide some or all of the services outlined. Our unique selling point is that whereas most firms will complete the initial consultancy work and will then put you directly in touch with the various insurers and benefit providers, we do the opposite.

We take on the whole of the administration of all aspects of the employee benefit programme: from supplying your new hires with details of their entitlement when they first join you, to arranging any application forms and any required medical examinations, to advising them of their options when they leave your service.

We provide you and your accountants with full financial reconciliation of all aspects of the benefits and liaise with your payroll provider to ensure the correct deductions are taken from employee salaries for things like healthcare, dental and Qualifying Workplace Pensions, where applicable.

We can handle all communications with insurers and benefit providers as well as your employees. You simply need to authorise us to share relevant data with your payroll provider/accountant.

In short we are able to provide a totally outsourced employee benefit service so that even though there may be five or six different benefit providers, both you and your employees deal only with us. Essentially we can become part of your HR team for the UK/Europe.
